The ZiuZ Inspector enables us to both check the dosage bags and monitor the quality of our internal processes. The ZiuZ Inspector sends data on the bags to the ZiuZ Manager. We use the statistics from this data to see how our processes are running, and make any necessary improvements. When it comes to medicine, you don’t, and can’t, want any mistakes.

The accuracy of my work has increased considerably thanks to the Inspector

The Inspector takes a photo of the front and back of each dosage bag, and checks the medicine according to several important criteria, namely colour, size, shape, number and combination. This ensures the dosage bags are accurately checked – consistently. The error margin is now much smaller and the medication control process a lot easier and less stressful

We now have photos of every single dosage bag that we pack, so we can easily find out what was in the bag when it left our premises.

The ZiuZ Inspector takes a photo of the front and back of each dosage bag. The photos are then saved in a central archive for future reference. The photos clearly show the contents of the bags, so we have very detailed evidence. Our process has literally become more visible.

The client’s needs have always led the developments of our machines. By applying our in-house knowledge to the work environment of the pharmaceutical wholesaler, we’ve developed the ZiuZ Inspector so that it can meet these needs regardless of the type of dispensing machine being used.
