Quality

The Inspector has an extensive range of software for recognising and categorising faulty dosage bags. The statistical data accumulated by the ZiuZ Inspector provides insights into the production process and enables the user to identify where improvements can be made in the process. This may for instance, concern: 

1. a dosage bag containing the wrong tablets
2. tablets  dropped too soon or too late into the dosage bag
3. too many or too few tablets
4. damaged tablets
5. damaged dosage bags

These insights facilitate the optimisation of the process and a qualitatively better product.
