Overall, the ZiuZ Inspector rejects only a fraction of the dosage bags, which means there is only a small proportion that needs checking manually. The medication control process no longer involves examining each bag by hand but uses enlarged photos of the bags displayed on screen, eliminating much of the labour-intensive work. The ZiuZ Collector then automatically rolls, cuts and seals the bags per patient and functions at the same speed as the Inspector, processing an average of 3,600 dosage bags an hour. This processing capacity considerably reduces the manual work involved and therefore offers excellent returns on investment.
