  • The ZiuZ Inspector

The ZiuZ Inspector uses advanced analysis technology to identify the shape, size, number, colour and colour contrasts of medication. In addition, a crumb detector exposes particles trapped in the dosage bag. The Inspector operates at a constant speed processing 3,600 9cm dosage bags an hour (smaller bags can be processed even quicker). Photos of each dosage bag are saved for reference.

  • The ZiuZ Collector

The ZiuZ Collector connects directly to the ZiuZ Inspector and automatically cuts, reels and secures dosage bags per patient, eliminating the need for patient rolls to be cut by hand. The ZiuZ Collector can reel 8 to 100 dosage bags per roll.

  • The ZiuZ Viewer

The ZiuZ Viewer displays the photos and data for each checked dosage bags in a logical layout for easy and efficient analysis. The ZiuZ Viewer is delivered as standard with the ZiuZ Inspector but can be detached for use at a separate work desk.

  • The ZiuZ Sidewinder

The ZiuZ Sidewinder reels the dosage bags straight from the dispensing machine ready for feeding into the ZiuZ Inspector. The ZiuZ Sidewinder can roll up to 1500 bags onto a reel and stops automatically when the dosage bags run out.

  • The ZiuZ Manager

The ZiuZ Manager is an online application with photo search functionality and extensive reporting options that enables bottlenecks in the automated packaging process to be identified and resolved, so increasing control over quality and production. The types of report include:

    • Periodic reports on production and errors arising in a specific period concerning either all of the machinery or a particular dispensing machine
    • statistical reports on specific medications
    • reference reports for benchmark medication
  • The ZiuZ Corrector

The ZiuZ Corrector is a photo appliance for taking photos of the front and back of corrected dosage bags. The new photos are saved in the central archives along with the old photos as visual proof of the contents of the corrected dosage bag when it leaves the pharmacy premises.
